Amazing hotel with good quality breakfast, Smart TV with all the streaming Apps you need and pretty good location. Not too far and not too close to Times Square. The Staff is incredibly helpful and nice. Particularly Frank helped us a lot. Will definitely come back here again!

The front desk back office constantly smells like weed! But you are not allowed to smoke outside the hotel entrance, you should move to the other side of the street! If the accommodation was paid for, the check inn could not be booked without a credit card or with cash as a deposit. Despite the hotel voucher. After 9 hours of flight we were supposed to get gift card from CVS to check in! Breakfast staff are also unable to do anything. The breakfast itself is meager! There is no toilet in the lobby, nor in the breakfast room! You have to use the toilet in the laundry room for the MA. The toilet in the room is also almost in the room! Absolutely cannot recommend the hotel! There are more central and better hotels for the price!

Pretty good value for money hotel. Only remarks: - rooms could use a bit more light - room doors are awful isolating noise - the breakfast was very good, only a pity that it runs heavily on paper/plastic (plates, cups, cutlery) Friendly staff and very good location, close to two subway lines and different bus lines

The 5 stars 3 stars hotel. It's small, it's old, paper thin walls, but it's clean and it's cozy. And it doesn't claim to be otherwise. For a 3 stars hotel expectations, I give it 5 stars. That should average about four, right?

The only good thing is the location. Awful breakfast. Small rooms. Smell of weed. New Yorkers really need to learn from the rest of the world how hotels and hospitality should be run.
